About Pulse

Pulse is an independent news reader that continuously scans leading English-language news sources and turns every story into a short, bullet-point summary with AI. Our aim is to cut through the noise: in a few sentences you see what happened first, then why it matters.

How are stories selected? Publishers’ public RSS feeds are checked every hour. Reports of the same development are merged into a single entry; the other sources are listed separately on the story page.

What is the Pulse score? A number from 0 to 100 that reflects how important a story is and how widely it matters. Together with freshness, it sets the order on the home page.

How reliable are the summaries? Summaries are generated automatically from the source text and may contain errors. Every story links to the full text at its source; for important decisions, please refer to the original. Article texts are not stored; only the summary and the link are published.

If you are a publisher and would rather your stories weren’t listed, write to us via the contact page; they will be removed within 48 hours.
